Our instructions for premium payment
Approved users will be allowed to generate Certificates of Marine Cargo Insurance, the issuing of which will generate an email 'Invoice' as confirmation of the premium and any fees, costs, expenses or taxes payable by TT Club. If you disagree with any calculations, please contact your broker or TT Club immediately.
Once each month TT Club will provide all users with an Email 'Statement' of account providing payment details for all certificates where premium has not been received by TT Club.
Once you are ready to settle the amounts due, please log in to the site using your normal user ID & password and 'tick off' the certificates which you are paying using the site menu option 'Pay Outstanding Invoices'.
Please then follow the site instructions and submit the amounts due. Please note that all banking charges / wire fees are the responsibility of the payee.
Once your premium has been received by TT Club, the relevant certificates will be marked as 'paid' in the site.
